How does it actually work?
You print a QR code. A customer scans it, taps how their visit went and picks a couple of things that stood out. We draft a short review in their words, they read it, edit it if they want, copy it and land on your review page. Five taps, no app, no signup for them.
Is this allowed by Google?
Asking a real customer for a review is fine and Google encourages it. What is not allowed is paying for reviews, reviewing your own business, or posting about a visit that never happened. This tool only helps a genuine customer put their own experience into words — the review is theirs, they read it before posting, and they can change any of it.
Do customers need to install anything?
No. The scan page opens in the phone camera's browser and works on any modern phone.
What happens if someone had a bad visit?
You set a rating cutoff per campaign. Below it, the flow offers private feedback to you instead of pushing the customer toward a public review page.
Can I use it for more than Google?
Yes, from the Standard plan up — Facebook, Tripadvisor, and any custom review link. The Basic plan covers one platform.
What counts as one AI review?
One generated draft. If a customer asks to regenerate, that is a second draft and counts again. Your usage screen shows the running total and the reset date.
